Slice the chilled rolled butter, and place a pat on barbecued pork chops before serving.

Garlic Mustard Compound Butter
Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick soft butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Transfer to a sheet of wax paper, and wrap and roll to shape into a cylinder.
  3. Chill until hard, and slice for serving.
