Spicy Apricot Basting Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup apricot jam or preserves
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons crush red pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Simmer mixture of medium heat until honey and preserves are melted.
  2. Brush on pork at the end of grilling or barbecuing.
  3. Serve at table side for extra flavor.
