Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Use as a sauce or a glaze. Excellent for pork and chicken.
Ingredients

cup
apricot preserves
1/4
cup
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
ginger root
minced
2
teaspoons
minced garlic
2
teaspoons
honey
2
teaspoons
dark sesame oil
1
teaspoon
toasted sesame seeds
3
drops liquid smoke
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using.
