Spicy Apricot Basting Sauce
Ingredients

cup
apricot jam or preserves
1/2
cup
white vinegar
3
tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
2
tablespoons
Dijon mustard
2
tablespoons
honey
2
teaspoons
crush red pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Simmer mixture of medium heat until honey and preserves are melted.
Brush on pork at the end of grilling or barbecuing.
Serve at table side for extra flavor.
