Ingredients

garlic
minced

lemon peel
finely shredded

dried rosemary
crushed

dried oregano leaves
crushed

crushed

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Rub evenly over pork. Cook immediately, or let rest 15 minutes before cooking.
