1bunch celeryeach rib sliced into long diagonal thin slices
1small sweet onionhalved and sliced into thin rings
1/4cupwhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonsugar
1/4teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoondry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3cupcorn oil
1/2cupsour cream
Instructions
Place the celery and the onions in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the vinegar with the sugar and spices, then in a steady stream add in the oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add in the sour cream. Adjust for seasoning if needed. Pour over the celery and onions, and toss to coat.
Let marinate in the fridge for an hour before serving.
