Zesty Coleslaw
Ingredients
For the Dressing

real mayonnaise

cup
Dijon mustard
1/2
cup
brown sugar
packed
1/2
cup
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
vegetable oil

tablespoon
dry mustard
Salt and pepper
For the Veggies
6
cups
mixed red and green cabbage
shredded
2
carrots
julienned
1
red onion
thinly sliced
Instructions
For the Dressing
Whisk all the ingredients together.
For the Coleslaw
Toss the veggies together in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over, and toss to coat all the veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
This coleslaw keeps for a day in the refrigerator if making ahead.
