Pit Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
1/2
pound
butter

pint
ketchup
1
pint
white vinegar
1
tablespoon
Tabasco sauce
1/2
cup
Worcestershire sauce
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
onion juice
1 1/2
cloves
garlic
pressed with a garlic press
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash black pepper
1
tablespoon
salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
Taste, and add more salt if necessary.
Serve.
Store in refrigerator up to a week.
