Zesty Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions
  1. Combine the onion and butter in a saucepan, and cook until the onion is softened. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
