Sweet and Spicy Rub
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together, and rub on fresh pork.
