Sweet and Spicy Pork Rub

Great for pork or any poultry.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
