Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 pounds potatoes
  • 24 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 large bunches celery, chopped
  • 1 quart salad pickles, chopped
  • 5 small cans pimiento, chopped
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 to 4 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 /4 cup salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (6 ounces) mustard
