Cumin White Wine Garlic Marinade for Poultry
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 4 small garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon whole cumin seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Marinade poultry for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before grilling.
