Armenian Shish Kebab Marinade
Use this marinade for lamb or beef shish kebabs.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Mix all the ingredients together. Makes enough for 2 pounds cubed lamb or beef.
