Armenian Shish Kebab Marinade

Use this marinade for lamb or beef shish kebabs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Makes enough for 2 pounds cubed lamb or beef.
